Administration

Financial Analyst

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

The Financial Analyst will support the development of Annual Financial Budgets and quarterly forecasts. Additionally, the role will support the month end close process including reconciling data across financial systems and analyzing financial results to Budgets/Forecasts. The role will drive operating and strategic decisions through ad hoc planning, reporting and analysis. This position will require advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills that turn concepts into working models. This role will report to the Controller. The position collaborates with colleagues on the finance and business teams, and also supports financial deliverables to the ESH Sr. Leadership, Fiscal Committee, and the Board. This position entails strong capability in exercising discretion, good judgment, professionalism and confidentiality which are critical in this role. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; minimum 3-5 years of operational finance or business planning, forecasting and analysis experience; proven experience and knowledge of accounting and financial statement construction; budget and analysis experience in Staffing and Operating Expenses a plus.

Accountant - Accounts Receivable

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

This position is responsible for efficient, timely, and accurate revenue billing, reporting, and collections. Responsibilities include processing of Therap billing summaries, contracts and grant billing, reconciliation of A/R accounts, program billings and private pay invoices, preparation, verification, and input of cash receipts/deposits, and other duties to support the accounting department. Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required. At least 2 years work experience in general accounting or accounts receivable.

Autism Services

Senior Clinical Manager, Regional Director

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

We are currently looking for a Senior Clinical Manager, Regional Director. The Senior Clinical Manager identifies, develops and manages the operations of the clinical programs and assigned area in order to meet the needs of the community and support the goals and mission of the organization. Responsibilities include promotion, administration, clinical oversight, and evaluation of programs that are mission-based, fiscally responsible and meet or exceed the requirements of regulatory and/or certification agencies. Requirements: Master’s Degree, PsyD, or PhD is required in one of the following disciplines: applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology or related field. BCBA certification required. At least five years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Five or more years' experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role.

Registered/Behavior Technician/Therapist

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

Provides direct intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related developmental disabilities. Position is under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; training in behavioral supports; six months to one-year experience working directly with children/adolescents with Autism in an ABA program and in a structured setting. Determination of position will depend on the level of training, proficiency and program experience with specific teaching procedures of ITT and NET. Able to drive to clients’ homes, schools and provide service in the community as needed. RBT certification preferred.

Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

This position provides services and clinical support for children and adolescents, diagnosed with ASD and other related developmental disabilities within a center-based clinic, school, home and/or community setting for clients ages 2-21. Responsible for supervision of behavior therapist level personnel; performing assessments and intakes and support of various activities requiring knowledge in behavior analysis. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in related field; at least two years of BCBA certification; 5 years’ experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, and two years supervision of at least 10 behavior therapists/technicians/tutors.

Early Intervention

Senior Program Manager

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

The Senior Program Manager leads the clinical, fiscal and operational oversight for the Early Intervention Program for Easterseals Hawaii (ESH) to ensure programs and services are mission-based, fiscally responsible and meet or exceed the requirements of regulatory and/or certification agencies. Incumbent conducts, oversees and manages Early Intervention programs; manages a team of Early Intervention Program Managers, and oversees day-to-day operations of the processes for the Early Intervention Program. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for developing and creating organization wide solutions that align with the mission, best practices and operational needs of ESH. Requirements: Master’s degree (M.A.) from accredited program or equivalent plus 5 years related experience and /or training working with adults with developmental delays, disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders; or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum of five years of experience working in related setting with supervisory responsibilities. Prefer 7 years of progressive experience with at least two years in a leadership position; early Intervention/Therapy managerial experience required.

Occupational Therapist

Kauai (PT)

This position provides occupational therapy services to children from 0 to 3 years old with special needs. Experience working with children in the field of early intervention preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required and must be a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hilo (FT)

Kailua (PT)

Kauai (FT)

Provides speech language therapy services, apply principles and practices to children with special needs, and promote optimum speech language development. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent and license to provide speech language therapy in Hawaii required. Experience working with children with special needs in the field of Early Intervention preferred.

Social Worker/ Care Coordinator

Kailua (FT)

Hilo (FT)

This position provides care coordination and social work services for infants and toddlers with special needs and their families who are referred to us. Experience working with families who have children with special needs preferred. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required. State of Hawaii licensure or eligible to be licensed in Hawaii is required. Driver's license and own personal vehicle also required.

Special Education Teacher

Hilo (FT)

This position is responsible to assist with the planning and implementation of a scheduled developmentally and educationally appropriate program of activities for children with special needs in a transdisciplinary model of service delivery, promoting optimum development. This position is under the direct supervision of the Early Intervention Program Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education required. One year minimum experience working as a special educator and experience working with children with special needs in the field of early intervention strongly preferred.

Physical Therapist

Hilo, Hawaii (FT)

Provides physical therapy services, applying principles and practices to children with special needs, to promote optimum gross motor skills development. Bachelor’s degree and license to provide physical therapy in Hawaii required, experience in pediatrics and/or with children preferred.

Home & Community Based Services

Senior Program Manager - Adult Day Programs

The Senior Program Manager conducts, oversees and manages programs within Easterseals Hawaii. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the clinical, fiscal and operational oversight for the program and oversight of day-to-day operations of the processes for the Adult Day Programs. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for participating in and initiating a leadership role and activities as well as developing and creating organization wide solutions and presenting to Leadership team members. In collaboration with their direct Supervisor, the Senior Program Manager will: communicate and collaborate with their direct supervisor to ensure that the Adult Day Programs align with the mission, best practices and operational needs of ESH. Oversee the programs to ensure they are mission-based, fiscally responsible and meet or exceed the requirements of regulatory and/or certification agencies. Collaborate with Recruiting and Training Departments to align staffing efforts with regional and organizational goals. Meet or exceed programmatic goals and for managing net profitability for the regions. Requirements: Master’s Degree, five years of related experience and /or training working with adults with developmental delays, disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years of experience working in related setting with supervisory responsibilities.

These positions provide assistance and coaching to individuals with developmental disabilities to meet goals and outcomes that increase their independence, develop natural supports and friendships, and contribute to society. Positions will also coach individuals in a variety of goals, including socialization, communication, and money management. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 24 hours’ experience working with DD population, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to various parts of the island.

Employment Associate

Maui (PT)

Responsible to work directly with job seekers to develop employment opportunities through evaluation and training, job development, onsite job coaching, and employer support. Documentation of progress and report writing required. High school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
