Patrick Klein serves as the CEO of Easterseals Hawaii, where he leads statewide initiatives to build a more inclusive world for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Since joining the organization in 2025 — initially as Vice President of Programs — Patrick has been a driving force in bridging the gap in essential human services and expanding the non-profit’s reach across the State.

A lifelong Hawaii resident, Patrick is defined by a collaborative leadership style that merges business innovation with mission-driven purpose. Before dedicating his career to Easterseals, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at aio Hawaii and spent over two decades in the local media industry, including an executive tenure at Oahu Publications, Inc.

Patrick’s commitment to Hawaii extends far beyond the boardroom. His extensive history of service includes board and leadership roles with HUGS, Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii, the GIFT Foundation, Navian Hawaii and the Hawaii Catholic Diocese. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
