David M. Louie is a partner in the law firm of Kobayashi Sugita & Goda, LLP, concentrating in commercial, construction and catastrophic injury litigation. Mr. Louie served as Attorney General of the State of Hawaii under Governor Neil Abercrombie from 2011 to 2014. He is the Secretary of Easterseals Hawaii and serves on the Board of Directors. He has been named a Hawaii Super Lawyer and served as the President, Vice President and Director of the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Chair and a Director of the State of Hawaii Aloha Tower Development Corporation, and as a Lawyer Representative to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
