Kirsten Pennaz
Vice President of Programs
Kirsten Pennaz serves as the Vice President of Programs for Easterseals Hawaii, where she oversees the successful implementation of statewide program operations and advances the organization’s goal of creating a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities.
With more than 25 years of experience in nursing, clinical operations, and healthcare administration, Kirsten is known for her commitment to delivering person -and family- centered care. Prior to joining Easterseals Hawaii, she served in leadership positions with Hawaii Pacific Health Medical Group and Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children.
For over two decades, Kirsten has called Hawaii home. She is an active board member and volunteer in the community for organizations including HUGS, Girl Scouts of Hawaii and Diamond Head Theatre. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an MBA in Healthcare Administration. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and currently serves on the board of its Hawaii Pacific Chapter.
