She executes this vision by leveraging over a decade of experience in leadership, workforce planning and change management, bringing a proven ability to implement innovative solutions that elevate service delivery and strengthen organizational impact. She is passionately committed to cultivating high-performing teams through staff development, joyful collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement built on trust.

Since she was ten, Marchet has called Hawaii home, and she genuinely loves serving her community. Her commitment to advancing inclusive practices and building sustainable systems reflects a deep love for the Islands, finding joy in empowering individuals, providing quality services and establishing meaningful employment opportunities that strengthen local communities.

Marchet’s personal motto is, “The best is still yet to come,” and it drives her to keep pushing for growth and a future full of possibility. On a personal note, her biggest achievement in life is raising her two daughters, both of whom are currently in college.
